Together, our experienced and qualified team have developed a robust training program, incorporating all major factors on looking and feeling good about yourself.

Our sessions include a relaxed but engaging fitness session, independent advice on personal goals such as weight loss or muscle gain. Nutritional advice and the opportunity to practice Mindfulness.

Mindfulness is the psychological process of bringing one’s attention to experiences occuring in the present moment.

Clinical studies have documented both physical and mental health benefits of mindfulness in different patient categories as well as in healthy adults and children.

Similar models have been widely adopted in schools, prisons, hospitals, veterans’ centres and other environments. Mindfulness has also been applied for additional outcomes such as healthy aging, weight management and athletic performance.
